Booking Terms & Conditions – One Point Healthcare 1️⃣ Appointment Duration Each consultation is allocated a 20-minute time slot. 2️⃣ Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy A £30 non-refundable booking fee applies to all appointments. If the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the fee will be refunded. The remaining balance for the consultation can be paid at the clinic. 3️⃣ Booking Form Requirements When booking your appointment, please provide details of your symptoms in the designated field titled: "Describe your symptoms." 4️⃣ Emergency Medical Conditions If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please call 999 or visit your nearest A&E department immediately.
