Frequently asked questions
One Point Healthcare offers treatments for adults and children over the age of one. Our primary focus is on urgent care, acting as an intermediate service between the GP (General Practitioner) and A&E (Accident & Emergency). We can handle more conditions than a GP but less than A&E, as we do not treat life-threatening conditions.
Different insurance companies have varying policies, and some may agree to reimburse patients for the cost of our services. We recommend checking with your insurer before making a booking. The cost of our services will need to be paid by the patient on the day of treatment. Unfortunately, we can not provide services for NHS patients
We provide a wide range of medical services, including:
Urgent Care: Treatment for minor illnesses, injuries, cuts, sprains, and wound closures.
Women's Health: Menorrhagia treatment, menopause support, contraceptive advice.
Sexual Health: STI testing, contraception, and pregnancy support.
Vitamin Drips: Energy, wellness, and hydration boosts through IV therapy.
Travel Vaccinations: Vaccinations, period delay, altitude and travell sickness, malaria prevention.
Medical Assessments: Doctor’s notes for work, pre-employment checks, occupational health evaluations, drivers assessments, fit to fly/study and immigration documents.
