Cancellation Policy
Please note that One Point Healthcare operates on a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please be aware appointments are only allocated once the non-refundable booking fee of £30 is paid. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes after their appointment start time or fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without 24 hours prior notice, we will consider this a no-show.
Clients who do not come to their appointment or wish to cancel/reschedule their appointment with less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, are subject to a late cancellation fee of £30, this fee cannot be used for rescheduling another appointment. To rearrange or cancel your appointment with a notice of over 24 hours, please call us to request the refund of booking fee. Please be aware that no appointment is confirmed unless the booking fee is paid prior to the appointment time.
Alternatively, please phone or email your dedicated reception team and speak to a member of our team who can assist you. We strive to ensure that we are always available to you and are open 6 days a week. One point healthcare reserves the right to exercise discretion in applying this policy.
We understand that exceptional circumstances may occasionally prevent clients from providing the required 24-hour notice. In such cases, clients should contact us as soon as possible via phone or email to discuss their situation. Where clients provide reasonable explanations for their inability to attend and give notice, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
One point healthcare reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at our discretion.
Online Bookings (UK & Ireland)
For UK & Ireland online bookings, it is a requirement that you pay a booking fee of £30 pounds that is not refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours. This will be deducted from the final bill. After the booking we will send you an email in which we will include a link to pay the booking fee of £30. Once this is paid we would allocate and confirm your appointment.
For booking vaccination, you will need to pay upfront the price of the vaccine. This will not be refunded in any circumstances.
This protocol is implemented to mitigate the occurrence of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which can have a detrimental impact on our operations and inconvenience other clients.
Home & Office Visits
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be subject to a late cancellation fee, as per our Cancellation Policy above. This fee is equivalent of the cancellation fee. Call outs must be ideally paid 24 hours in advance, or – if the booking is made less than 24 hours before the appointment – at the time of booking.
The person must be present and ready for their appointment at the time of the appointment. If the customer is not ready at the appointed time, or 10 minutes late then we will consider this as a cancellation (see above cancellation policy). Delays have a knock-on effect on our other customers.
